Owls Win Opener; Degerman Almost Unhittable

The Owls won over the Oklahoma Sooners Friday afternoon by a score of 8-2. Eddie Degerman was absolutely dominating, giving up only one hit and striking out 11 in 7 innings of work. I will only be able to update you from afar this weekend after a hospital stay. Here's the link to the game story:
