Bell to Start Today vs. McNeese State

Bobby Bell will make the climb up the hill today and start for the Rice Owls against McNeese State. The Owls, 1-0 after a 9-0 win over Central Missouri, face a team tht went 2-1 over the weekend against Lousiana Tech.
